Guided Meditation and Guided Imagery are simply meditating and visualizing with a guide and coach like myself! With my guided imagery and meditations you will find inner stillness, calm, clarity and often times deep awareness around something you choose to work on.  It's like taking a trip with your personal tour guide pointing out the interesting sights along the way!  

During guided meditation you can reach a deep state of relaxation, which is a wonderful way to dissolve stress after a long day!  Clients often express they feel like they have had an energetic massage and are deeply relaxed and feel light, calm and happy!

Often times people need help working out a problem or getting clear on an idea or issue in their life and guided imagery is an amazing way to tap into that deep inner knowing place!  You see our body cannot tell the difference between an actual event taking place or one that we imagine in our minds eye, which is why when you conjur up old memories you will find an emotion associated with them which can trigger a physical experience in our bodies and that is why guided imagery is one of my favorite coaching tools and works so well in resolving inner conflict.

Meditation and imagery work can help you align your physical, spiritual and energetic system with the balance and flow of the universe, open up creative channels, dissolve blockages and bring about a whole sense of health and well being.
